Neuroplasticity is the ability of the brain to change continuously and be altered throughout an individual's lifetime. Aspects of the brain can be altered through environment, behaviour, emotions and thoughts. This has powerful ramifications on the development of a healthy brain. Because of the plasticity of the brain, you can mould your mind’s ability to learn, improve your memory, and change your behaviours, even recover from brain damage.

"Our brain's ability to change its synaptic wiring by learning information, by recording experiences and to maintain a modified state. Plasticity allows us to evolve our actions/modify our behaviour so that we do a better job in life." - Dr. Joe Dispenza
