Compassionate Support for New Parents & Growing Families

Bringing a baby into the world can be beautiful but also overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally challenging — which is why I offer compassionate postpartum and perinatal counselling to support new parents, birthing people, and families through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Whether you’re struggling with postpartum depression, anxiety, rage, intrusive thoughts, birth trauma, baby blues, relationship stress, or adjusting to your new identity as a parent, you don’t have to do it alone. My specialized perinatal mental health support provides a safe, non-judgmental space to process your feelings, learn coping tools, strengthen bonds with your baby and partner, and feel calmer and more connected. I offer flexible online and in-person postpartum counselling sessions with a gentle approach, so you can access the support you need when you need it most. Why Work With Me

I understand firsthand how challenging the postpartum journey can be. I have personally navigated postpartum anxiety, depression, and rage, so I truly know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, out of control, and disconnected from yourself. I also know how frightening and confusing intrusive thoughts and intense emotions can be. My own experience has given me deep compassion and insight into what new parents go through and I believe wholeheartedly that with the right support, you can find clarity, relief, and hope.

In my practice, I also help spouses and partners better understand how to support the mother while caring for their own well-being. Partners can experience their own postpartum struggles, and together we can work through these challenges as a team so everyone feels heard, equipped, and connected during this life-changing time.
