The course emphasizes the importance of emotional and psychological health, covering topics such as postpartum depression, anxiety, rage, and coping strategies. Thus ensuring the well-being of both the mother and the newborn.

Cultivating Respectful Relationships: A Comprehensive Guide
Description: Cultivating Respectful Relationships is an immersive course designed to empower individuals with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to build and sustain healthy, fulfilling relationships. Through a series of modules, participants will explore essential concepts such as communication, empathy, boundaries, and personal growth, all of which are fundamental to fostering respect and understanding within relationships.

Respect in Relationships and Families
Description: The "Respect in Relationship and Families Course" teaches participants the importance of respect in fostering healthy relationships within families and communities. It covers topics such as understanding respect, self-respect, effective communication, conflict resolution, diversity, and overcoming disrespectful behaviours. Participants learn practical skills and strategies for cultivating empathy, setting boundaries, and creating inclusive environments. The course encourages self-reflection and personal growth while providing resources for continued development. Ultimately, it empowers participants to build and sustain respectful relationships through understanding, communication, and mutual appreciation.

Anger Management
Description: This comprehensive anger management course spans eight sessions, each addressing different aspects of understanding and managing anger. Participants delve into the nature of anger, identifying common triggers and dispelling myths surrounding it. They explore various dimensions of anger, from hidden to explosive styles, and learn to recognize anger cues and physiological responses. Cognitive tools are provided to understand the power of thoughts, words, and cognitive distortions, while behavioural techniques such as time-outs and deep relaxation breathing aid in managing anger in the moment.
Relational skills like assertiveness training and fair fighting rules are taught to improve communication and resolve conflicts effectively. Problem-solving strategies and spiritual tools, including forgiveness, offer holistic approaches to anger management. Throughout the course, participants engage in exercises for self-reflection, identifying personal anger styles, and developing coping strategies for difficult situations, ultimately gaining insights and skills to navigate anger in healthier ways.
